Summary
We are seeking the Full Stack Web Developer to execute end-to-end website development following the standard performance/workflow from the company, maintaining and monitoring website performance, troubleshooting website errors or problems, and properly developing from the back-end and front-end side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a project and product management office (PMO), direct and coordinate the utilization of resources across divisions of the project and product to reach targets
- Follow the scope of a project that goes from the proposal stage to the technical work up, and finally to the delivery of the web product
- Manage all project and product documentation
- Participate in the initial conception stage along with a client in order to better meet the needs of the customer and to translate those expectations to employees.
- Lead the design process of a website by working with the creative team and vendors
- Update clients with the latest progress of the project
- Prepare reports for clients regarding the status of the project and product
- Specify a client’s target audience based on market research
- Contribute to all implementation of marketing strategies
- Ensure project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies
- Lead and coordinate the customer support team in the project and product implementation process to ensure the project runs smoothly
- Support users on change control and system updates
- Work to find and solve any problems with the function of a web project by implementing testing task assignments, positive customer experiences, and top quality control processes
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Leads and directs cross-functional team leaders and third parties/vendors
- Manages project contractual deliverables in terms of project milestone payments and quality insurance
- Manages project scopes and project costs timely to ensure control of project financial risk
- Ensures adherence to company SOP, policies, and guidelines at the project level
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience in Digital Projects (Corporate Websites, Microsites, Landing Pages, etc.)
- Must maintain a PC/laptop with adequate performance and high-speed internet
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in IT, Computer Science / Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2- 3 years of working experience in a Digital Marketing Agency
- Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
