Summary:

Assisting the Search team to handle performance-focused, digital Google Paid Search advertising campaigns against defined success metrics. Assisting to plan, implement, optimize and analyze the performance of Google Paid Search advertising campaigns
Support account managers, and directors as needed. Stay current with all digital advertising industry developments and best practices

Responsibilities:

  • Provide complete management of Paid Search campaigns against defined success metrics; responsible for planning, developing keyword lists and text creative, implementation, optimization and performance analysis
  • Provide thorough analysis of paid search campaigns via bid management and reporting tools
  • Manage interactive search marketing team with a focus on development and education of associates
  • Execute competitive research utilizing comprehensive tool sets
  • Provide strategic planning direction and campaign management for select agency partner search marketing programs including paid search and comparison shopping engines
  • Manage relationships with search engine vendors and other third parties on behalf of your agency partner
  • Support client services, manager and director teams as needed
  • Support new business development efforts and contribute to PowerPoint presentations as needed
  • Manage and meet internal and external client expectations as well as deliverables and deadlines
  • Have a financial acumen with regard to budgeting, projections, and revenue metrics
  • Contribute to internal status meetings and external partner meetings
  • Execute best practice strategies and methodologies to maximize agency business partner’s search marketing programs
  • Identify additional search channels and tactics that assist in achieving partner marketing objectives
  • Stay current with all search industry developments and best practices
  • Provide point-of-view (POV) summaries for industry topics, best practices or new online marketing opportunities

Experience and skills:

  • BA/BS; marketing or communications preferred.
  • 7+ yrs experience in Search Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail required.
  • Superior leadership skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Independent worker and a self-starter.
  • Experience collaborating with a large account team working on multi-media channels a plus.
  • Work from home, but must have a strong sense of responsibility, punctual, and serious.
  • Must have own personal laptop with access to high-speed internet. Prefer use of Windows operating system.
  • This is a full-time position , will share desktop and audio via “Google Meet” during working time.
  • Fluent in English.
