Summary
We’re looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist who’s passionate about performance marketing and understands how to drive measurable results through paid campaigns across social platforms.
In this role, you’ll manage and optimize paid social media campaigns — particularly across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X (Twitter), and YouTube — to generate leads, improve engagement, and maximize ROI. You’ll work closely with the digital marketing and creative teams to ensure every campaign aligns with our clients’ business objectives and brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet client KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversions, brand awareness).
- Manage daily campaign budgets, performance tracking, and reporting across multiple platforms.
- Develop A/B testing strategies to optimize targeting, creatives, and bidding performance.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad copies, visuals, and audience strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance data, provide insights, and suggest actionable optimizations.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid social advertising.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring consistent quality and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing or lead generation campaigns, preferably within the IT or SaaS industry.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
