Summary:

The Senior Sales and Planning Manager is responsible for managing a team of sales and planning professionals, developing strategic sales plans, overseeing the execution of sales initiatives, and driving business growth. The Senior Sales and Planning Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the sales operations, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Lead marketing operations initiatives, focusing on digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including digital ad campaigns, SEO strategies, and creative marketing efforts.
  • In charge of a team, providing training, support, and leadership to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee the marketing of all company products, ensuring cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales goals.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions to align marketing and sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Basic requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 15-20 years of proven experience in marketing management, business development, and strategic planning
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies
  • Has APAC Marketing Experience
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and multicultural environment
  • Fluency in English
